- The Netherlands

- The Philippines
- Poland
- Romania
- Slovakia
- Spain
- Turkey
- United Kingdom
- Uzbekistan
There are an additional 15 countries which are providing assistance, such as over-flight rights, but which do not want to be publicly identified with the US action.
